Preparation required, here's how...


Soak in water until the cubes expand.
Fill up a sink, tub or pan with water. Warmer water works faster.
You want them to feel nice and plump but keep them under 3/4".

Dry excess water off.
This avoids the sheets freezing together.
Prevents the ice from forming on the outside.

Freeze until frozen solid.
Lay the PLASTIC side DOWN in the freezer.
You can stack sheets on top of each other.
Freezing time will vary based on freezer settings & contents.

Refreeze to reuse.
Depending on use or over time, you may need to rehydrate.
Rinse under warm/hot water to clean off sheets after use.
Always lay the plastic side down when freezing.
